If you're in San Francisco and looking for a cozy spot to recharge with delightful drinks, look no further than Not Latte. Nestled at 200 6th Ave, this charming café is a hidden gem, just a block down from the bustling Clement Street. With a warm and inviting atmosphere, it beckons you to escape the chaos of the city and indulge in a refreshing beverage.

Not Latte isn’t your average café; it offers a unique variety of drinks that cater to both fruit tea enthusiasts and coffee connoisseurs. On their menu, you’ll find Fresh Fruit Teas that burst with flavor, such as the Mixed Fruit Tea featuring exotic passion fruit, mango, and orange at just US$5.50. For something distinctive, try the Pineapple Green Tea, crafted with fresh pineapple, which elevates your senses with every sip. The café also excels in delicious lattes made from premium coffee beans sourced from Caffe Umbria in Seattle, such as their classic Latte and the velvety French Vanilla Latte.

Customer reviews reflect the café’s charm and drink quality. Yusi raves about the durian latte, exclaiming it's “fresh, tasty and just works with the coffee or bubble tea.” This deliciously complex drink isn’t just for the adventurous; it’s a reminder of how inventive Not Latte can be. Angela Murp mentions her enjoyment of the tiger matcha milk tea—even if there was some confusion with the boba type—showing that even in busy moments, the café’s offerings shine bright. The friendly staff, as noted by Natalie Tannous, adds to the warm experience, complete with cute stickers as a delightful touch to your visit.

For those who enjoy exploring less-traveled paths, this intimate café can be easy to overlook, yet as C C beautifully puts it, their fruit teas and boba are “delicious perfection” that make the short journey worthwhile. Brian Tang and others confirm that the small space doesn’t compromise on quality; both black milk tea and Thai tea have been praised for their outstanding flavors.

No trip to Not Latte would be complete without trying the refreshing Cloud 9, a visually stunning drink made with coconut milk and butterfly pea tea—adding a beautiful blue hue to your drink. Pair it with aloe jelly for an unforgettable experience. With charming drinks and a welcoming vibe, it's a local favorite that's sure to become a staple in your San Francisco explorations.

Oh my gosh, the durian latte (榴莲拿铁)or anything that contains durian is sooo good. Fresh, tasty and just works with the coffee or bubble tea.

They didn't have cheese crema today so I ordered the tiger matcha milk tea. The picture seems to imply that it's honey boba, but after taking my first sip it turns out it's crystal boba. Not sure if it was an abnormality, but I wish I knew ahead of time. The drink itself was pretty good though. There was a bit of a line, and only one person was working which seemed pretty rough :(

This is a small place can be easy to miss but anyways we got 2 different fruit teas (lychee? & Passion fruit?) Plus 1 boba tea and they were all excellent. Delicious perfection! Totally worth it!

Out of the way from the main drag of Clement or Geary, but worth checking out. I’m a sucker for the Cloud 9- it’s coconut milk and butterfly pea tea (which makes it a beautiful blue color as well). I usually pair it with aloe jelly. I try not to visit boba places too often but the Cloud 9 always brings me back! Random note: Not totally sure if this is the same as the other Not Latte- the drinks always have a different store name on the cup, Purtea.
